Product Mix Report

 

The Product Mix Report gives you a breakdown of the sales amount of each item with the percentage and item sales amount per category, the sales amounts do not include waste or no shows.

 

1. Menu (Name of the menu category).
2. Sales (Total sales for the menu category).
3. % Of Total (Percentage of the sales for the menu category in relation to the total sales).
4. Items (Number of menu category items sold).
5. Item Name.
6. Type (Dine in, Take out, Delivery, All).
7. Quantity (Number of items sold).
8. % Menu (Quantity divided by number of menu category items sold X 100).
9. Sales (Amount of the item sales).
10. % Menu (Amount of the item sales divided by total sales for the menu category X 100).
11. % Total (Item sales as a percentage of total sales).
